NWTRS is a local family owned and operated heavy duty diesel service and repair shop.
Our story begins about 40 years ago with founder, Dale West. Back in 1982, Dale started out by renting space in an old furniture manufacturing shop off Ahtanum Road, and began work there fixing up diesel trucks and salvaging parts. His work spoke for itself as the business quickly outgrew the original shop space and they expanded into our current larger shop – and eventually led to owning the entire property. Dale and his wife, Kay, ran the business together along with their son and current owner, Roger.
Though Dale has since passed away, Roger continues to uphold his legacy in quality craftsmanship with his team of lead mechanics, fabricators, and office staff.
